Personalized Patient Care Services
Founded in 2019, OsiLIFE combines cutting-edge technology with a human touch to provide a more personalized healthcare experience for healthcare providers and their patients. In 2021, OsiLIFE enlisted Noisy Trumpet to develop a strategic marketing plan which consisted of a website redesign and creative services such as the development of a brand standards guide and marketing collateral.
OsiLIFE includes a diverse team of healthcare industry experts who collectively help address the challenges of managing large patient populations with chronic medical conditions through innovative approaches, products and services.
Their mission is to offer high-quality, high-touch, personalized patient care services while driving down provider costs and freeing up clinic staff time through the use of innovative technology to efficiently interact with and monitor patients remotely while tracking, analyzing, managing and reporting on patient data in a highly-secure environment.
“Moving to the Jamstack”
We were given full creative freedom in rebuilding both the brand design standards and the tech stack for the website.
Previously the website was built using a purchased theme and was running a standard WordPress installation. We decided to decouple the backend from the frontend and transition to Contentful for the Content Management System (CMS), and Gastby/React for the frontend. We manage version control and code on GitHub, and deploy via Netlify automatic builds.
We wanted the design to reflect the modern and holistic ethos of the company, while also remaining personable and accessible to everyone.
Increased average user time on site by 226.7%
The updated website featured a cleaner, more modern design aesthetic as well as several user experience and technical improvements including:
- Focus on mobile usability
- Improved metrics for Google Lighthouse Developer scores across Page Speed Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices and SEO
- These changes led to a measurable improvement in user engagement; in the quarter following the site launch the average user time on site increased by 11.1%.
- This increase in engagement was most prominent in new visitors coming to the site through organic search who increased their average time on site by 226.7%.
