In 2019, the agency took this commitment a step further by implementing Volunteerism Matters, an agency-wide program that rewards staff for volunteering with local nonprofits and at fundraising events. In its initial year, Noisy Trumpet staff logged over 1,100 volunteer hours in our community and the agency invests in this program to ensure its success. With 100% staff participation, this program has left a lasting impact on the agency and community.
